Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.


If you believe that the taste of our wine isn't up to scratch, then we will refund you 100% of the total purchase price, excluding return shipping. We may ask for feedback to improve our product and service, though your refund is not contingent on the feedback in any way. 

Simply email us at and we'll arrange the refund within 24 hours from receiving the returned order, which we will confirm with you.

NB: The money may take longer than 24 hours to be received by your bank account.


If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days of our refund confirmation email, contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
